Web Application

For The SimplyCity web application that helps you manage your reputation, aswer reviews and see your stats we have the following terms you are agreeing on when you log in:
 
1. Access to Google Accounts and Data
1.1. In order to use certain features of our application, you will be required to grant our application access to your Gmail account and Google My Business data.
1.2. You represent and warrant that you have the full right, power and authority to grant such access.
1.3. We will only access your Gmail account and Google My Business data for the purpose of providing you with the functionalities of our application, as described in our documentation and during the authorization process.
1.4. We will comply with all applicable Google API Terms of Service and Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service, including, but not limited to, limitations on use, privacy, and security. You can find these terms at https://cloud.google.com/terms and https://cloud.google.com/terms.
1.5. You acknowledge that your use of our application is also subject to Google's Terms of Service located at https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en-US.

2. User Data Security
2.1. We use commercially reasonable efforts to secure your data. We will not share your data with any third-party without your prior consent, except as required by law or to fulfill our obligations to provide you with the functionalities of our application.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for our application and your Google Account.

3. Termination of Access
3.1. You can revoke our access to your Gmail account and Google My Business data at any time by following the instructions provided by Google.
3.2. We may terminate your access to our application and revoke our access to your data in the event of a violation of these Terms & Conditions or inactivity according to our policy.

4. Disclaimer
4.1. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data retrieved from your Gmail account and Google My Business data.
4.2. We are not responsible for any errors or malfunctions of Google services, including Gmail and Google My Business.
5. Governing Law
5.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
 
6. Term and Termination
6.1. This Agreement will commence upon your initial access to the Web Application and will remain in effect until terminated by you or us.
6.2. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing your use of the Web Application.
6.3. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to the Web Application for any reason at any time, including, but not limited to, a violation of these Terms & Conditions or inactivity according to our policy.
6.4. Upon termination of this Agreement, we will promptly deactivate your account and delete your data, except for any data we are required to retain by law or to fulfill our obligations to Google.

7. Data Retention
7.1. We will retain your data for as long as necessary to provide you with the functionalities of the Web Application and fulfill our legal obligations.
7.2. After termination of this Agreement, we will delete your data within 90 days, except for any data we are required to retain by law or to fulfill our obligations to Google.
